Arden Peak Solutions is led by Xander Jensen.
Xander has spent nearly fifteen years working in commercial real estate finance, with a focus on distressed and underperforming debt. Over that time, he has been directly involved in underwriting, acquiring, managing, and resolving a wide range of loan types and collateral situations across market cycles.
Outside of work, Xander is a husband, a father of three, and an active coach in his kids’ sports. Those roles shape how he thinks about responsibility, follow-through, and long-term decision-making. They also reinforce the importance of doing things carefully, showing up consistently, and taking ownership of outcomes — especially when others are relying on you.
That perspective carries directly into how Arden Peak operates. The firm was built to apply experience with care, maintain full accountability for decisions, and approach each situation with the steadiness and judgment this work requires.
